The Why Behind Track My Clinical

For years, managing clinical education felt harder than it needed to be. Between overflowing spreadsheets, endless email threads, last-minute schedule changes, and the constant pressure to keep students compliant and on track, it was clear something had to change.

As a nurse educator, I faced the same complexities and headaches every semester. We saw talented faculty spending more time hunting down students and managing spreadsheets than teaching. We saw students stressed over unclear requirements and clinical hours scattered across multiple systems. And we knew programs deserved better tools, better communication, and better support.

So we built Track My Clinical.

Instead of juggling five different platforms our goal was simple: create one intuitive space where everything clinical lives. A platform that centralizes scheduling, preceptorship management, real-time location tracking, customizable clinical evaluation tools, hour documentation, and reporting. A platform designed not just for convenience, but for accuracy, transparency, and peace of mind.

Track My Clinical wasn’t created to replace the human side of nursing education, only to support it. When technology handles the logistics, educators can focus on what matters most: guiding the next generation of nurses.
